All products are inspected before shipment to ensure they meet the agreed specifications.

Claims

Any claim regarding product quality or quantity must be submitted within 7 days after the goods arrive at the destination port.

Required Documents

To process a claim, buyers should provide:

  • Photos or videos of the goods
  • Packing list
  • Bill of Lading
  • Inspection report (if applicable)

Refund or Replacement

If the claim is verified and caused by our responsibility, we will discuss an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement shipment
  • Partial compensation
  • Credit for the next order
